CANCELLATION AND REFUND
If a registered participant is unable to attend the event for any reason, the registration may be transferred to someone else from the same organization, subject to the organizer’s approval. For any cancellation received until April 08, 2026, an administrative fee equal to 50 percent of your registration fee will be charged. For any cancellation received after April 08, 2026, no refund will be made. All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant. Refunds will be handled after the Congress.
